Metalliance has a very efficient after-sales and replacement parts department to handle customer requests as quickly as possible. Our engineers and technicians are available at all times, either by telephone, email or on-site to repair our machines, if required to ensure we fully meet our customers’ expectations.
Metalliance has a team of mobile engineers and technicians who carry out on-site commissioning of the various machines or equipment for underground works, road works and industrial equipment. These same teams provide operator training.
Metalliance has a fleet of machines for rental. This gives customers some flexibility for urgent projects and/or work of short duration.
Our after-sales engineers and technicians provide training for future operators and maintenance departments that will use our machines for road and underground works.

Metalliance has teams of technicians qualified to carry out maintenance work on our machines either in our factories or on-site. Maintenance is essential to ensure the long service life of our machines while, at the same time, ensuring their high performance over time. Our machines can be retro-fitted so they can be reused on new work sites.
Our mobile machines can be fitted with remote maintenance devices to diagnose and resolve the majority of malfunctions that could arise.
